The roles and responsibilities of the Front Desk Assistant aka Receptionist would include but are not limited to: scheduling patients maintaining schedule maintaining online social media and web page content ensuring relationships with event hosts are maintained at a high level ensuring a high level of patient care attending and participating in office marketing events setting up patients on treatment modalities controlling flow of patients throughout office Additional considerations for the Front Desk Assistant aka Receptionist First Aid/CPR Certification High level of communication with patients and staff Positive attitude Clean and professional appearance There plenty is room for promotion and growth.
