JOB SUMMARY
: The receptionist is the face of the center and will warmly welcome guests who visit the center and answer cheerfully manage phone calls.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the center in a cheerful and professional manner. Request all visitors check in per facility policy. Direct visitors to the appropriate location. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls appropriately. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain visitor security by following safety procedures. Schedule Beauty and Barber appointments. Receive and receipt resident trust and operating funds. Disperse Resident Petty Cash. Support and serve as back-up to other Business Office Staff. Assist Business Office Manager, and other center employees with general office duties, as assigned. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and faxing. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Education or equivalent, preferred. Previous experience working in an office setting preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
