Crystal Spa Hiring SPA Receptionist ($15-$20/hour | 1+ Year Experience)
Location:
Herndon, VA Pay Range:
$15- $20/hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
Job Type:
Full-time / Part-time (Must be available on weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception:
Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing professional consultation and guidance.
Phone & Appointment Management:
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries.
Payment & Billing:
Accurately process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Customer Experience Maintenance:
Ensure the front desk and relaxation areas are clean and well-organized.
Service & Product Recommendation:
Understand and promote spa treatments and products to customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa or beauty industry front desk role , familiar with booking systems and front desk operations. Strong customer service skills , enjoys engaging with people and providing warm and personalized service. Proficient in computer use and POS systems , able to efficiently handle appointments, billing, and data entry. Excellent time management and multitasking skills , capable of managing multiple customer appointments. Professional appearance and communication skills , representing the Crystal Spa brand image. Must be available on weekends and holidays (mandatory).
