Front Desk Receptionist 8609 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA 20110 $16.50 - $19.50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $16.50 - $19.50 an hour -
Part-time, Full-time Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments. Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and collect co-pays. Manage patient check-out, including scheduling follow-up visits and referrals. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and electronic communications. Assist with scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other staff to support patient care. Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office or administrative training preferred.
BILINGUAL
English and Spanish Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially athenaOne Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology a plus.

Schedule & Compensation:
No schedule conflicts between Monday to Saturday Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
