Job Summary Each One Teach One, LLC is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and community partners. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of the front office, including scheduling appointments, processing clinical documentation, maintaining office organization, and managing office inventory. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and community partners, creating a positive first impression. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule client appointments and assist with coordinating provider calendars. Process assigned clinical and administrative paperwork accurately and maintain electronic client records. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day. Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; order supplies as needed. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and office correspondence. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies. Provide administrative support to clinical and leadership staff as needed. Perform other front office and administrative duties to support efficient daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. One (1) year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role required. Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or medical office setting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when processing documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
