Front Desk Receptionist

We are a modern head spa focused on relaxation, scalp health, and elevated client experience. Our front desk is the heart of our business—we're looking for someone warm, organized, and customer-focused to create a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest. We are hiring a Weekend Front Desk Receptionist to support our spa operations. This role offers flexible scheduling —you may start later or leave earlier depending on appointment bookings. Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service, Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and check-ins/outs, Process payments (square system), Perform scalp analysis, Maintain a clean, calm, and organized front desk area, Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
