Primary Responsibilities:

Answers all incoming dealership phone calls. Directs Customer to the appropriate Department. Ensures that Customers are helped efficiently and professionally. Demonstrates excellent Customer Service.

Experience and Skills:

Required Experience:

1-2 years previous Receptionist experience in a Dealership preferred, but not required Good communication skills, both written and verbal Professional appearance and work ethic Superior Customer Service skills Strong mathematical ability
