Chiropractic Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Chiropractic Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is helpful but not required . We are willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn and enjoys working with people. Clinic schedule
Monday:
9:15 AM-12:00 PM and 3:00 PM-6:00
PM Tuesday:
3:00 PM-6:00
PM Wednesday:
9:15 AM-12:00 PM and 3:00 PM-6:00
PM Thursday:
9:15 AM-12:00 PM and 3:00 PM-6:00
PM Friday-Sunday:
Closed Responsibilities Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Check patients in and out for appointments Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts Assist the chiropractor with patient care and office procedures Prepare patients and treatment rooms for appointments Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment Communicate with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, and office policies Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and office environment Perform general administrative and office duties as needed Qualifications Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible Organized and able to multitask in a busy office environment Comfortable speaking with patients both in person and on the phone Basic computer skills Willingness to learn new procedures and healthcare-related terminology Previous experience in chiropractic, healthcare, medical office, or customer service is a plus, but not required What We Are Looking For The most important qualities are attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to connect well with patients . We will provide training for the right candidate.
