Job Description

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide administrative and staff support to the general organizational operations, working under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Team Lead. Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: Greet and direct office visitors, answer office telephone system, respond to direct requests for information, and/or forward messages to the appropriate staff. Ensure the office is maintained in an orderly and clean fashion. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, office phone numbers, and extensions, company credit cards, and office keys/FOBS. File company receipts accordingly. Assist with research for products, services, and product development, as needed. Maintain the inventory of office supplies and computer software. Assist with research and cost comparisons for vendors to maintain cost-effectiveness and quality. Completes general office duties, including, but not limited to, typing, bookkeeping, the flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, faxing, etc. Format resumes for prospective employees utilizing company templates and guidelines. Coordinate travel for Headquarters and Contractor personnel. Qualifications for this position shall include: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Knowledge of records management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printer, copiers, and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (working knowledge and high proficiency in in MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Excellent listening, writing, and verbal communication skills
