Job Description
We're a specialized practice in Vienna, VA focused on TMJ/TMD, sleep-disordered breathing, and airway health. We help patients get out of chronic jaw pain, help them sleep better, and breathe easier — often after years of being told nothing was wrong. Our front desk is the first voice and first face patients experience, and it sets the tone for everything that follows. The Role We're looking for a warm, organized Front Desk Coordinator who can keep a busy office running smoothly while making every patient feel genuinely cared for. This is more than answering phones — you'll be the hub that connects patients, providers, and referring physicians. What You'll Do Greet patients and create a calm, welcoming first impression Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage the schedule to keep the day flowing Coordinate new-patient intake, paperwork, and records Handle appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling Collect payments and keep patient accounts accurate Keep the front office tidy, stocked, and organized Light cleaning of office Assist with turning rooms and cleaning instruments, as needed. Cross train to be able to assist in back as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling several things at once Clear written and verbal communication Dependable and detail-oriented Comfortable with scheduling/practice-management software Prior front desk experience in a dental, medical, or specialty practice is a big plus — medical insurance/billing familiarity is even better, but we'll train the right person Interest in health, wellness, or airway/sleep care is a bonus Why Join Us A supportive, tight-knit team doing work that changes patients' lives 2 weeks paid time off Paid Holidays $20-$25 Full time M-Friday (35+ hours)
