We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our organization and will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is responsible for managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, coordinating visitors and deliveries, maintaining office supplies, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. Respond to general inquiries in person, by phone, and via email. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Manage conference room schedules and reservations. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed. Follow office security and safety procedures and monitor access to the facility. Order office supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels. Monitor and maintain kitchen supplies and cleanliness. Maintain calendars and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments. Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and document preparation. Provide administrative support to staff and departments as needed. Handle unexpected situations and requests in a calm, professional, and timely manner. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, Administrative Assistant, or similar position preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred. At least 1 year of Microsoft Office experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable operating computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, and other standard office equipment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail. Resourceful, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.
