Job Description
Virginia Beach & Chesapeake Locations North Beach Plastic Surgery is seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting our providers and staff with smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion Answer and direct phone calls, faxes, and Weave messages in a timely manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately in Nextech EMR Manage patient check-out, collect payments, and review financial responsibilities Assist with referrals, records requests, and patient forms Support office flow between Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and call center locations as scheduled Monitor waiting areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Provide administrative support to physicians, coordinators, and management as neededQualifications:
Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred EMR knowledge (Nextech experience a plus, but not required - training provided) Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team player with flexibility to rotate between locationsWhat We Offer:
