Courthouse Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We're a privately owned, growing veterinary hospital that believes great patient care starts with a great team—and that coming to work should actually be enjoyable. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has previous veterinary reception/front desk experience Is comfortable with multi-line phones, scheduling, check-ins/check-outs, payments, and client communication Can confidently juggle a busy front desk while keeping things organized and moving Understands the importance of excellent customer service and client education Is dependable, professional, and a team player Can communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists Takes initiative and isn't afraid to speak up with ideas or solutions Wants to be part of a positive, supportive, drama-free workplace What You Can Expect From Us
