Job Description

The Gary Residence is seeking a Weekend Receptionist, responsible for general administrative support.
Shifts Available:
Saturday and Sunday 8am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors. Give facility tours of The Gary Residences (Residential Care & Memory Care). Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks. Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents. Responds to resident requests in a timely manner. Create and maintain an environment for residents, families, and guests that is customer-friendly and that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual. Assists with employee onboarding. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
Qualifications:
Energetic, personable, enthusiastic, creative, and imaginative personality. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience and/or interest in working with older adults.
Pay Range:
$20-22
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
