Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, including filing, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining records Support office management duties such as organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and overseeing filing systems Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Requirements Proven clerical experience with strong office management skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone communication abilities Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading is preferred Knowledge of office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines is advantageous Previous experience as a receptionist, medical or dental receptionist, or personal assistant is a plus Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high productivity standards Join us as a Front Desk Associate to bring energy, professionalism, and organization to our team.
