Front Desk Associate—The Swimming Hole Job Summary The Swimming Hole is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our facility. You'll greet members and guests, keep front desk operations running smoothly, and help maintain a clean, well-organized space. If you're a natural communicator who takes pride in a tidy environment and enjoys making people feel welcome, we'd love to meet you. This paid position is a great opportunity to build customer service skills while contributing to our community. Responsibilities Greet every visitor, member, and vendor with a warm, friendly attitude, making sure they feel welcomed and taken care of Answer phone and email inquiries promptly and courteously, communicating clearly with members and guests Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Daxko software Keep the front desk and common areas clean and tidy, following daily cleaning standards Handle data entry with accuracy and maintain organized records Support office tasks such as supply inventory and document organization Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification (training provided if needed) Availability for evenings and Saturdays required Qualifications Friendly, approachable disposition with strong communication skills Comfortable talking with people in person and on the phone Attention to detail, especially around cleanliness and organization Comfortable with computers and basic office software Customer service experience a plus, but not required Experience with Daxko a plus, but not required Why Join Us As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be part of a team that values friendliness, clear communication, and a clean, welcoming space for everyone who walks through our doors.
