You are the go-to person for our members when they have questions or concerns. You are a warm and inviting person who greets all of our members as they come and go through our doors. We set the tone and create a positive environment for all guests! Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel. Empathize, Reassure, & Resolve member concerns and questions. May include entering broken equipment or maintenance orders. Call to update billing information for members. Offer basic membership upgrades. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and vendors. Maintain and assist with cleanliness of facility. Requirements 18y+ REQUIRED Mornings 5a-11a Evenings 6p-11p/ Weekends2p-8p Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred. Strong proficiency in office management practices and clerical tasks. Sales, Objection overcoming, Booking experience. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. Effective calendar management abilities to coordinate schedules seamlessly. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Proficient typing skills to ensure efficient documentation and correspondence. Bilingual preferred, not required.
