We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Substitute to provide on-call coverage when our Office Coordinator is unavailable. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and confidential environment for youth, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in clients in a warm, professional manner Answer phones and respond to general inquiries Support scheduling and basic administrative tasks Maintain a calm, organized front office environment Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards (HIPAA-aware setting) Communicate effectively with staff regarding client flow and needs Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, dependable, and adaptable Comfortable working in a youth-centered, mental health setting Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
