Join our AMAZING salon! Daniel Ross Salon is hiring for a part-time position at the front desk! (You must be 18 or older to apply for this position, Customer service experience wanted.) Qualities we are looking for: A great salon receptionist is critical to the smooth running of our salon and is the first and last point of contact for any customer visiting the salon. Meevo booking software knowledge is a plus! A well-organized person with the ability to multi-task. Outgoing people person with the ability to work well as part of a team. Presents in a very professional manner. Time management skills Self-confident Bright bubbly personality Translating client's requirements and meeting their needs Patience Good industry knowledge Computer skills Responsibilities and Duties You will be required to: Schedule appointments Talk directly to our customers on a daily basis You must have a friendly, professional telephone manner. Greet customers Ring up and check out guests Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the salon Inventory Manage the appointment books All employees must be available for a combination of, evening and weekend shifts throughout the entire year.
