$17.50-$19.50

DOE Key Responsibilities:

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner Greet residents, families, and visitors; ensure proper sign-in procedures Maintain accurate resident sign-in/out logs to support safety and compliance Schedule and confirm resident medical appointments and transportation Communicate appointment details with nursing staff, residents, and families Enter and maintain accurate information in PointClickCare (PCC) Verify all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date Assist with general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Healthcare or SNF experience a plus Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred (or willingness to learn) Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn and use electronic health records (PCC) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards Why Join Us Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow in healthcare administration Meaningful work supporting residents and families We are an equal opportunity employer.
