$20.77 per hour + Commission Opportunities Schedule 5-8 hour shifts Day and evening availability Monday-Friday Weekends as needed About the Role As a Front Desk Associate at LA Fitness Everett, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This position goes beyond the front desk—you'll also support our Kids Club (babysitting ) and assist management with daily operations. You'll be the face of our club, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and efficient, while helping maintain a safe and positive environment for both members and their families. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Member Services Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests Assist with membership billing inquiries, account updates, and payments Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls regarding memberships, renewals, and account status Provide excellent customer service while resolving concerns efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Kids Club (Babysitting) Supervise and engage children in a safe, fun, and structured environment Ensure the well-being and safety of all children at all times Communicate clearly with parents regarding policies and any concerns Follow all club safety and childcare guidelines Management Support Assist management with administrative tasks and daily operations Support team coordination to ensure smooth club functionality Help monitor front desk performance and member satisfaction Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive member and business information Important Note This role requires extensive phone interaction throughout your shift. Applicants should be comfortable managing high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
