The ideal candidate is courteous, personable, and professional. If you're a problem solver with a gift for making things run smoothly and alleviating patient concerns, please apply! Snohomish Kidney Institute is a private practice Nephrology clinic located in Downtown Everett. We currently have 4 MD's, 4 NP's and a great support team. Duties would include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues Maintain the Front Desk Inbox and voicemail to ensure patients are getting a timely response Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling Calling patients from the Wait List to fill cancellations Notifying Medical Assistants of patient arrivals Receiving incoming referrals and calling patients to schedule appointments Send and receive New Patient Paperwork and enter into the system Working the Patient registration work queue to ensure everything is up to date before the appointment Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges at the time of service Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders to the
