Legal Receptionist Cascade Law PLLC Everett, WA Job Details Part-time $22 - $25 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Email customer support Phone communication Greeting customers Client inquiry handling Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Overview The main role of the Legal Receptionist is to be the first point of contact for our office, ensuring that our firm maintains a high level of service and responsiveness while promoting Attorney and Paralegal/Legal assistant productivity and capacity. Duties Day-to-day activities of the Legal Receptionist may include, but are not limited to: Act as first point of contact for firms Manage potential new client inquiries and responses Notetaking and tracking of calls and responses, taking effective notes to relay to attorneys/staff Communicate with clients, potential new clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters Manage routine client forms and documents Send certified mail and other legal correspondence Provide assistance to legal assistants/paralegals on other administrative tasks, including taking working copies to the courthouse when needed Manage social media accounts Responsibilities on a day-to-day basis may shift and change, and the person in this position is expected to be flexible and have a "take-charge" mentality to take personal ownership in both the success of the firms and the client's satisfaction. We value integrity and the input of all members of our team. A successful candidate for this role be very comfortable speaking on the phone and sending emails, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. This position is part time (10am - 2pm, Monday-Thursday), in-person in our office in downtown Everett.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
