We are currently looking for a full-time Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist who is confident, self-motivated with a friendly, outgoing personality. Applicants must also be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. While medical office experience is preferred, training is provided . Some responsibilities of the position include: managing front office reception area, including patient check-ins for scheduled appointments and directing walk-in traffic; scanning and uploading documents; verifying/updating patient demographic and insurance information; able to work autonomously and manage time to complete other ancillary duties. Exceptional patient care/customer service skills are required as well as a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm. Healthcare mandate requirements apply.
