Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant and become the welcoming face of our organization! You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and warmth. Your organizational skills and computer literacy will help keep our office running efficiently, making a positive impact on daily business activities. Responsibilities Greet visitors with enthusiasm, provide excellent customer service, and direct them appropriately Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, practicing courteous phone etiquette Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and relay messages accurately to team members Maintain organized filing systems, including document management and record keeping Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools Assist with office management duties like supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical support Proofread correspondence and documents to ensure accuracy and clarity Handle client communication professionally, providing support as a personal assistant when needed Qualifications Bilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Previous experience answering phones using multi-line phone systems and practicing proper phone etiquette Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, data entry, proofreading, and document preparation Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Ability to manage time effectively while supporting various administrative responsibilities Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a welcoming office environment. Pay:
$17.13 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
