You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Federal Holidays Biweekly Pay Front Desk Bonus Opportunities Compensation:
$18 - $19.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Field customer complaints when necessary Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
Qualifications:
Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems About Company At the Fairfield Inn & Suites Spokane Valley, we don't just offer a place to stay — we create a home away from home with a team that truly loves what they do.
