Are you good at making people feel "at home" and comfortable in new environments? Do you love being part of a team, but can work independently as well? Falco's is currently looking for a reliable, dedicated, organized and friendly personality to join our Support Staff team and serve as our lead showroom greeter, phone receptionist and office assistant, ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. This is a part time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome customers into our showroom and direct them to the correct person, department or showroom area. Accurately check customers in through our lead distribution system and ensure they are further greeted and engaged by a Product Specialist, Parts/Service Department, or Support Staff. Be aware of all customers/visitors in store, the order of their arrival and assistance status. Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy. Check daily voicemails and forward or return calls as needed Respond to changes quickly, efficiently and positively Collaborate with all departments to assist and support Assist with Support Staff and Job Facilitation duties including (but not limited to) scheduling, filing, paperwork preparation and processing, special projects, data entry & reporting. Additional projects and tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

Strong customer skills and a natural ability to serve and make visitors feel welcome. Highly reliable, dedicated and self motivated Efficient and organized, with an attention to detail. Have a willingness to learn Have average knowledge of multi-line phone systems, computers, email, Microsoft Office programs, printers and copy machines. Ability to use time efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Clean and professional appearance (business casual) Alignment with Falco's values of integrity, teamwork and customer focused service This is a part time position.
