You will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Duties Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Maintain client confidentiality Intake of client documents Provide excellent customer support through clear communication and attentive service Utilize computer skills to operate office equipment, manage emails, and perform basic troubleshooting Experience Previous office or front desk experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Stamps.com Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting Strong calendaring/scheduling experience Spanish speaking is a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Strong typing speed combined with proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all documentation Excellent verbal/written communication skills Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Familiarity with office management procedures, calendar management, and administrative support functions Minimum of 2 years' receptionist experience High School diploma or equivalent required
