REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include: Checking clients in and out of their services Answering phones to book appointments and handle patient requests Restocking products and supplies Fulfilling and shipping out product orders Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and guest areas Assisting providers during treatment turnover Assist with special projects and assignments as requested The position requires: Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills The ability to to multitask, prioritize and organize with a consistently high level of accuracy Available to work evenings Warm and professional appearance and demeanor Positive energy Strong attention to detail and follow-through Outgoing, go-getter personality 2+ years of customer service experience The ideal candidate will be: Trustworthy and confident to work closely with our patients A self-starter who does not require micromanagement Comfortable with learning new client management systems Basic understanding of technology Reliable, responsible, accountable Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent Passionate about the medical aesthetics industry and learning 2+ years of front desk receptionist experience
