As a receptionist, you will assist with a wide variety of tasks that include scheduling deliveries, keying sales, running reports, facilitating furniture pickups, answering incoming calls, and communicating with clients via email and phone as needed. Responsibilities and Duties Receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, and paging. General office duties such as filing, copying/faxing, mail. Coordinate order pickups between clients, designers, and warehouse team members. Schedule delivery appointments. Pull daily reports to notify clients of incoming product. Order entry, keying in sales orders as needed. Taking payment on orders. Qualifications Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Highly dependable. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in using a computer. Ability to navigate computer systems effectively. Previous customer support experience is a plus. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package with a starting rate of $20.00 an hour, profit sharing, and paid time off.
