Job Description
Job Overview Wisconsin Wellness is an outpatient mental health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible, and client-centered mental health services. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and serve as an important first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This paid position offers an engaging environment where your organizational talents and technical proficiency will shine. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Welcome clients and provide a positive, professional front-desk experience Enter and maintain new and current client information in the electronic medical record system Schedule and coordinate client appointments Assists clients with taking payments at the front desk Process and respond to medical record requests in accordance with applicable policies and privacy requirements Communicate with clients regarding appointments and general administrative questions Provide administrative support to clinical and administrative staff as needed Maintain confidentiality of client and clinic information at all times Perform other front-office and administrative duties as assigned Skills Previous receptionist, front desk, medical office, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Comfortable working with computers and electronic medical record systems Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team Compassionate, professional, and client-focused approach Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm for organization and service will make a meaningful impact every day!
Pay:
