Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist guests and clients as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly welcome. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately. Maintain an organized filing system for office documents and records. Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing office supplies. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist with office management duties as needed to support overall operations. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience and improve service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Experience in medical reception or office management is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail with proofreading capabilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
