Your Role:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and patients warmly and professionally Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications Checking clients in and out, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records Assisting with general administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations Collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure excellent client and patient care
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted Comfortable with frequent crouching, bending, and reaching Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Manual dexterity for computer and phone use
