Job Description

Overview:
The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering great custom service assistance. This entails answering phone calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Welcome visitors and answer any questions they may have Maintain reception and common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine and a computer Take inventory and order office supplies as needed Assist Owner and staff with misc. tasks and office needs Assist in generating and receiving potential clients Maintain Subcontractor and Owner documents through Housecall Pros (construction management program) Checking, sorting, and delivering mail as necessary.
Qualifications/Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, IOS and Google Strong communication skills Ability to read, write, and speak English Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance Punctual with strong attendance history Attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Must have some knowledge of HVAC systems
