What You'll Do:

Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Schedule appointments and answer phones. Assist with client communication and medical records. Help keep the front office running smoothly while creating an exceptional client experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has excellent customer service and communication skills. Is organized, dependable, and enjoys multitasking. Loves working with people and animals. Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team. Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
