The Hours:

1st Shift•Monday thru Friday 7am•3:30pm (hours may vary slightly depending on the day). Every other Holiday $18.00 Per hour A Typical Day as a

Receptionist:

Building strong relationships with our residents and being part of a positive and motivating team. Show off your customer services skills via answering the phone and greeting/interacting with our residents and guests. Strengthen your clerical skills by assisting with the creation of calendars, menus, flyers, and bulletin board updates. You will also be able to dabble in various administrative tasks and computer data entry. Responsible for upkeeping the appearance of the property's office, clubhouse, common areas, restrooms, model and vacant units Monitor supplies level and notifies the manager of supply needs on a bimonthly basis Attend and participate in departmental meetings, in-services, and training as required Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by the manager
