Join the team at Colgan Air Services , a family-owned Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at the airport, where you'll work in a professional aviation environment serving business executives, pilots, flight crews, and travelers from across the country. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing exceptional service. No aviation experience? No problem. We'll provide the training—you bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. 1:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Some holiday availability required Additional hours may be available based on business needs Position Summary As the first person customers interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience. You'll assist pilots, passengers, crew members, and visitors while coordinating customer services and supporting the daily operation of our front office. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in an environment where no two days are the same, this position is a great fit. Responsibilities Welcome and assist pilots, passengers, crew members, and visitors Answer and direct incoming telephone calls Coordinate aircraft fueling requests with our line service team Process customer transactions and prepare invoices Monitor access to the airport ramp and follow security procedures Arrange rental cars, hotel accommodations, and catering for customers Provide administrative support and assist with customer requests Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby Perform light housekeeping duties Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and dependable Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment Able to perform basic math and accurately process customer transactions Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required. Aviation experience is not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

From $14.00 per hour
