This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. Seljan Company is looking for a professional, bright, friendly, detail and team oriented individual for a full time Receptionist position. This position is the face and voice of our team. You will be the first person visitors see when entering the office, and the first voice callers hear when they call in. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new things.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Receive, screen, and route incoming calls/messages. Work closely with managers, and staff to perform support duties. Send, collect, and distribute mail, messages, & faxes. Perform a variety of clerical duties including scanning, physical and digital filing Contribute to team effort by assisting with other office duties and errands as assigned. Maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work well under stress while maintaining a friendly demeanor Adaptable to changing priorities Good multitasking skills Experience with Microsoft Office preferred Relevant experience helpful, though not necessary Required education:
High School Diploma Bonus Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with QuickBooks Experience with Adobe products Being generally tech savvy
Hours:
7:30am - 4:00pm
