Responsibilities:

Answering phones and taking orders or routing calls appropriately. Assisting walk-in customers with their orders and processing cash payments. Monitoring a shared office email inbox for incoming orders or customer requests. Performing clerical duties such as filing, basic data entry, emailing invoices/statements, and scheduling deliveries. Tracking office supply inventory and restocking when needed.
