Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time)
Location:
Manitowoc, WI Job Type:
Part-Time (Every other weekend required, plus weekday coverage as needed)

Role Overview We are seeking a warm, organized, and reliable Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our administrative team. As the first point of contact for our facility, you will create a welcoming environment for visitors, manage phone lines, and support administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations:
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members.
Administrative Support:
Perform basic data entry, word processing, manage filing systems, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
Facility Security:
Monitor the guest logbook and surveillance footage to maintain lobby security and safety.
Supply & Inventory Management:
Monitor, order, receive, and store facility office supplies.
Resident Support:
Address inquiries with compassion and promptly report any resident issues to the Administrator.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Key Strengths:
Strong multitasking ability, professional appearance and demeanor, problem-solving skills, and tact in high-volume situations.
Physical Requirements:
