Job Description

We are looking for a pleasant and friendly individual to perform Chiropractic Front Desk/Chiropractic Technician duties! As the front-line-employee, your role will be important for improving our customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable, welcome and satisfied while in our office. The right candidate is more than just a receptionist and will demonstrate skills to professionally interact with other team members to maximize office efficiency and productivity. We believe in cross-training all of our employees and will require this individual to become certified as a Chiropractic Technician, if they are not already. Reimbursement for this training is offered. We are a busy chiropractic office in New Berlin, WI. and the right individual will also be motivated and organized. A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail, excellent computer skills, social media skills, integrity, be reliable, have a team mindset, and be willing to go above and beyond to participate in the growth of the office and themselves and believe in the benefits of chiropractic and natural health care. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a chiropractic setting, experience with Chiro Touch software and already have their chiropractic technician certification (we will train the right candidate) .
Receptionist Duties:
Welcoming new and existing patients to the office, scheduling, answering the phones, collecting co-payments, entering charges, filing, copying, faxing, scanning, insurance verification, light cleaning and other jobs/duties as may be necessary from time to time.
Chiropractic Assistant Duties:
Taking patient history, obtaining patient vital signs, administering patient therapies under direct Dr. orders, light cleaning of office and therapy area, cleaning of therapy equipment (easy) and other duties that may be necessary for smooth operation of the clinic. Excellent computer skills are necessary and familiarity with Chiro Touch software is preferred. The the average work week is approximately 34-35 hours/week, but part time hours are available for the right candidate. Compensation is based on experience and skill-set. We are a fun, friendly, yet professional facility looking for a new teammate!

Monday:
8am•7pm. Tuesday 10am•4:30pm,
Wednesday:
8am•7pm.
Thursday:
8am•5pm.
Friday:
Closed. Closed Saturday and Sunday. No Holidays. No Weekends.
Pay:
$12.00•$20.00 per hour
