Job Description

We're a wellness-focused dental practice that does things differently. We invest time in patient education, prevention, and understanding how oral health connects to whole-body health. Our team is small, intentional, and committed to work that matters.
The role:
You'll manage the front office operations that keep us running well.
This includes:
Phone and message management; routing calls appropriately. Scheduling coordination and administrative support. Office cleanliness and organization.
Clerical work:
scanning, filing, postage, ordering supplies. Supporting the team so they can focus on patient care.
What we need:
Someone reliable and present. You show up, stay focused, and take responsibility for your work. You have strong phone etiquette and a strong work ethic. You're interested in growing here, developing new skills and taking on more responsibility over time. We hire people who prioritize their work and want to build something real, not people looking for a temporary job. You communicate clearly, handle details well, and care about the experience patients have when they walk in the door.
What you get:
Stability. A team that values you. Clear opportunity to grow into other roles as you develop. Work in a practice that's actually building something different in how dentistry is done.
