Our company is looking for a driven Front Desk Coordinator to work in our fast paced office. Front Desk Coordinator/Social Media Coordinator Madison, WI The perfect candidate must:
  • Have a cheery, upbeat disposition in all situations
  • Impeccable customer service skills in person and on the telephone
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Be able to multi-task is essential
Content Creation & Design:
Proficiency with visual editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, ) to design eye-catching graphics, short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), and imagery.
  • Community Management:
    Active engagement skills—responding to comments, managing direct messages (DMs), and fostering a positive, responsive brand presence online.
  • Social Listening & Trend Identification:
    Skill in monitoring brand mentions, industry news, competitor strategies, and viral internet trends to capitalize on timely opportunities.
  • Ability to think and act quickly with efficiency and accuracy
  • Be familiar with multi-line phone systems, faxing, and copy machines
  • Experience with computers and basic systems
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Punctual and attend work daily (to include some overtime)
Daily Duties:
  • Help the office run smoothly on a daily basis
  • Regular content creating and posts with little to no supervision
  • Answering phones and assisting tenants with questions and concerns
  • Reply to general office emails in a timely manner
  • Some interaction with lease paperwork
