Job Description
We are looking for a 1-2 receptionists who are outgoing, personable and able to perform a variety of tasks. This position is mainly opening day shifts but evenings and Saturdays may be required. The schedule will change weekly. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our salon. Our receptionist's duties include answering the phones, checking in clients, scheduling clients, float therapy introductions, and light cleaning duties. Thorough training is provided to ensure the utmost success for yourself. To be successful as a receptionist you should have a pleasant personality as this is a customer service role. Multitasking and people skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, a receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively to create a great experience for our customers.
