Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, so providing exceptional customer service is a must. You'll handle a mix of front desk responsibilities, scheduling, and hands-on work with dogs in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Expected Hours:
10 to 40 hours per week
Pay:
Starts at $11.00 per hour and can increase quickly with exceptional performance.
Locations:
Nitro and Charleston. We can schedule you at one location or both depending on your availability.
Front Desk and Customer Service:
Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude Check dogs in and out as they arrive and leave Answer phones, return messages, and book appointments Help keep schedules organized for grooming and daycare Keep the lobby and front desk clean, organized, and presentable Help customers with questions and solve problems with a calm, helpful mindset Work closely with the team so the day runs smoothly
Daycare and Dog Handling:
We have two locations, Nitro & Charleston so flexibility to work at both is preffered. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner Check dogs in and out efficiently Safely take dogs up and down a flight of stairs to the salon if needed Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk/lobby area Assist with calendar management and staff scheduling Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues promptly Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations Assist in dog daycare during slower front desk periods What We're Looking For Working with dogs is rewarding, but it's not easy. We're looking for reliable, positive individuals who truly care about animals. No experience? No problem, we'll train the right person.
