Job Description
Speak and listen clearly to make guests feel welcome and valued. Manage multiple ringing phones and arriving visitors without getting flustered Think quickly to resolve guest complaints or scheduling conflicts Take accurate phone messages and record visitor data correctly. Greeting clients and managing the check-in/check-out process. Scheduling appointments via phone and booking software. Processing payments and handling cash/credit transactions. Maintaining the cleanliness of the waiting area. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Assist with laundry, including towels and salon linens Basic computer literacy. Previous experience in a salon or spa preferred but not required Able to work on weekends
