Job Description
Overview We are urgently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy Pediatric office. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients and families, creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the front office operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and calendar management tools Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized records in spreadsheets and databases Support office management duties such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining office supplies Assist with client communication via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries or provide information Utilize computer literacy skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to facilitate daily operations Requirements Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry software Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Medical office experience is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.
