Connie Buffa, Area Manager, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Position Summary The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, is seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Office Assistant to provide front-office coverage during a staff absence. This short-term assignment is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Greet visitors and assist walk-in customers with general questions. Provide exceptional customer service to members of the public. Take messages and relay information accurately to staff. Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as assigned. Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. Support office staff with daily operations and customer interactions. Pay Details:
