Job Description

Position Summary:
Answers PBX Console and emergency phones. Trains new PBX Operator candidates. Overhead paging, beeping, monitoring alarms, and monitoring radios. May perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years experience in customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Multi-line answering experience.
Salary Range:
$25.30 - $26.75 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Salary range includes Evening Shift Differential. As part of our ongoing effort to remain an employer of choice, eligible employees who work qualifying weekend shifts receive a competitive weekend rate.
