Job Description
Maintenance:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain BAS components and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BAS system issues promptly.
Technical Oversight:
- Analyze and optimize BAS performance.
- Provide manufacturer-specific expertise and maintain certifications.
Resource & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with other trades and departments to optimize system integration.
- Maintain system documentation and training records.
Working Conditions:
- Work in technical, office, and field facility environments.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work at computer stations and within mechanical/electrical rooms.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Secret Clearance required.
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in HVAC systems required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Central Plant Operator.
